The chicken manure air-drying machine is a critical piece of equipment in modern livestock and poultry farms for processing animal waste, primarily designed to efficiently dewater and reduce the volume of fresh chicken manure collected by the manure removal system. The machine features an advanced multi-layer conveyor belt design, with a scientifically optimized layout that ensures uniform distribution and slow, controlled movement of the manure as it travels along the belt. Beneath the conveyor belt, a sophisticated hot-air circulation system is integrated; this hot air can be generated in two ways: first, by utilizing biomass energy produced on-site, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective; second, by electric heating, guaranteeing stable operation under all weather conditions.
When hot air comes into contact with chicken manure on the conveyor belt, it rapidly removes moisture, causing it to evaporate gradually. During this process, the moisture content of the manure decreases significantly; after air-drying, the moisture level can be reduced to below 40%, or even lower. This treatment not only makes the manure easier to store and transport but also substantially cuts transportation costs. At the same time, the effective removal of moisture reduces both the volume and weight of the manure, thereby alleviating potential environmental pollution pressures.
In addition, the chicken manure drying machine features flexible adjustment capabilities. Users can tailor the conveyor belt speed and the hot-air temperature to suit varying seasonal conditions and changes in the moisture content of the manure. For instance, during humid seasons or when the manure has a high moisture level, the air temperature can be increased and the conveyor speed reduced to ensure thorough drying; conversely, during dry seasons or when the manure is relatively low in moisture, the settings can be adjusted accordingly to conserve energy and enhance processing efficiency. This flexibility and adaptability enable the machine to perform exceptionally well across a wide range of livestock farming environments.
