  Dear Customer:

Hello! During the hot summer months, temperatures continue to rise and severe thunderstorms with heavy rain and lightning are frequent. To effectively ensure your production safety, we would like to kindly remind you to pay attention to the following matters:

  I. Lightning Protection System Inspection

  1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the grounding systems for power distribution facilities, and promptly address any identified hazards.

  2. Measure the grounding resistance to ensure it complies with lightning protection standards.

  II. Inspection of Rain-Proof Measures

  1. Inspect the roof for any damage or loosening, and promptly replace or secure any components found to be defective.

  2. Clean the surrounding drainage ditches and sewers, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the drainage system.

  3. Conduct a thorough inspection to determine whether rainwater has penetrated indoor and outdoor electrical control cabinets.

  III. Alarm System Inspection

  1. Daily confirmation is required that test alarm calls have been received; if not, an immediate inspection shall be conducted.

  2. The 12V battery for the smart alarm system shall be checked for voltage once a month using the DC setting on a multimeter, and must be replaced annually.

  IV. Cable Line Inspection

  1. Inspect each connection point of the main distribution cable for signs of burn damage, sheath deterioration, or abnormal heating, and promptly wrap or replace any damaged cables.

  2. Regularly inspect the wiring terminals in the electrical cabinet and tighten the terminal screws to prevent arcing and short circuits.

  3. Monthly clean the mesh dust inside the electrical control cabinet using a handheld rechargeable blower to prevent overheating and potential fire hazards.

  4. Implement effective rodent control measures to prevent rats from entering the control cabinet, damaging wiring, or leaving droppings that could cause short circuits.

  V. Power Generation System Inspection

  1. The generator shall be run at no load for 10 minutes each week and under load for 30 minutes every two weeks.

  2. If the utility power is interrupted and the generator is started, ensure that the utility voltage has stabilized at 380 V before supplying power to the equipment.

  VI. Cooling System Inspection

  1. Inspect the cooling systems of each electrical cabinet individually to ensure proper operation, and promptly adjust parameters or replace fans for any faulty equipment.

  2. The control cabinet door can be opened indoors to enhance heat dissipation from the fan.

  3. It is recommended to install an air-conditioning chiller in the control room to cool the control cabinets.

  VII. Equipment Maintenance and Servicing

  1. In high-temperature summer conditions, the manure belt is prone to thermal expansion and sagging. During manure removal, pay particular attention to the lower section of the manure belt at the rear end of the poultry house; if it sags by more than 15 cm, tighten the belt promptly to prevent equipment overload and damage. (To ensure good air quality in the poultry house, remove chicken manure once daily.)

  2. Inspect the deflector plate drive and wire ropes, and apply dedicated grease for lubrication and maintenance.
